The course workbooks provide the knowledge you need to pass the assessment questions. You will receive guidance and support from your dedicated Northbrook College tutor.
All online and paper-based versions use the same course content and assessment and receive the same Northbrook College tutor support.
Online courses - all you will need to complete the course is access to a computer, the internet, your username and password.
Paper-based version - with a mix of face to face, phone and email support as appropriate.

Your distance learning course is funded and free of charge if you are aged 19+ (as of the 1st August 2016) and live in England. You must have lived in the UK/EU for the last 3 years. You must complete the course within the agreed timeframe.
All funded courses must be completed within 8 weeks.
You must complete your course before starting on a new course.
If you withdraw from the course before completion or do not achieve the qualification within the set time frame, you may be charged a non-compliance fee of £99.
