Become an Apprentice

Why Become an Apprentice?

Apprenticeships combine working whilst gaining a qualification, a real wage and a real qualification. In most cases you will come into college one day a week, with the remainder of the week spent at your work place. Apprenticeships are for people who want the best of both worlds – earning and learning. Working in industry alongside experienced staff means you will learn relevant skills and be able to put your college training into practice.

Benefits

  • You would earn up to 270% more over your career than university graduates
  • Highly recommended key employers from all industries not just for trades
  • You can undertake qualifications from Level 2 (equivalent of GCSE) up to degree level
  • You can be any age, apprenticeships are not just for young people
