Students at Hove Grown Northbrook MET Acting degree students performed their own show at The Sweet Dukebox in Hove recently, as part of Hove Grown Festival.

The show, Banana Split, is a series of pieces that explore why we laugh when we should be crying, what is funny and how to peel a banana seriously.

Hove Grown showcases the best in Brighton & Hove's creative community, while increasing awareness of venues in the Western Road area of Hove.

The students will also be performing in Medea in May, as part of the Brighton Fringe Festival, in a collaboration with Set Design and Theatre Make-up and Hair degree students.

The show runs from 4-5 May and tickets can be booked at: brightonfringe.org/whats-on/medea-124806/
